Our Farm
We are a small, family-run farm dedicated to raising Heritage Large Black Hogs the way nature intended. Located in the rugged and unique scablands of Eastern Washington, our farm is built on the values of sustainability, quality, and respect for the animals we care for.
Our hogs roam freely on large pastures, enjoying a stress-free life under the open sky. They are nourished with locally sourced grains, which we mill right here on the farm to ensure the freshest and most wholesome feed. We are proud to say that our hogs are never given hormones, antibiotics, or confined to farrowing crates, allowing them to grow healthy and naturally.
The result? Pork that is richly micromarbled, full of flavor, and a true testament to the care we put into every step of the process.
As U.S. Navy veterans, we bring the same dedication and integrity that guided us during our service to every aspect of our farm. We’re passionate about providing our community with food they can trust while preserving traditional farming practices for future generations.
